Morya Tour's and Travel provides cab and vehicle-hire services for local, outstation, airport and corporate travel, primarily operating from Pune, Maharashtra. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our team.
A booking is confirmed only after our team confirms the vehicle and fare on call or WhatsApp. Enquiry forms on this website open a WhatsApp conversation; they do not constitute a confirmed booking.
Quoted fares cover the agreed distance and duration. Toll, parking, state permits and driver allowance (on outstation trips) are charged as listed on your quote. Waiting charges may apply beyond the agreed buffer.
Cancellations are free up to the window stated in our Cancellation & Refund policy. Later cancellations may carry a nominal fee to cover driver positioning.
Passengers must not smoke, consume alcohol or carry prohibited items in the vehicle. Drivers may decline service in case of unsafe behaviour.
Vehicles must not be loaded beyond their seating and luggage capacity. Oversized luggage may require a larger vehicle at additional cost.
The company is responsible for delivering the booked service safely. Our liability is limited to the value of the booked trip. Personal belongings are the passenger's responsibility.
These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
