Free cancellation up to [X] hours before scheduled pickup. Cancellations within the window may attract a nominal fee covering driver positioning costs.
If the passenger is unreachable for 60 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, the booking is treated as a no-show.
If a vehicle breaks down en route, a backup vehicle is dispatched. If no replacement reaches you in reasonable time, the trip is refunded.
Refunds for prepaid amounts are returned to the original payment mode within 5–7 working days of approval.
