When you enquire or book, we collect your name, mobile number, email (if shared), pickup/drop details and trip preferences. Nothing is stored on this website — enquiry forms open WhatsApp with your details prefilled, so the conversation happens directly with us.

How we use it

Your contact details are used only to quote, confirm and service your trip, and — if you opt in — to send occasional trip updates. We never sell or rent your data.

Third parties

We share trip details with our drivers only to the extent needed to service your booking. WhatsApp communications are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

Data retention

Trip and billing records are retained as needed for accounting and legal compliance, then deleted.
